“Tai On Coffee＆Tea Shop” has recently reborn from a 50-year-above traditional “Cha Chaan Teng” to a place of integration between new and traditional culture. This year, they create new and limited local cuisine menu using Japanese egg. While egg tart would be the signature of the menu, which is on sale starting from 30 Oct 2023 (Mon).
About the menu, Japanese famous egg brand – “Ran-On” would be used for the cuisine as base., contributing thick taste and sharp colour. Besides the egg tart item “Purple Yam Egg Tart” , “ Scotch egg ” and local traditional dink“ Poached egg in hot water” would be also included in this multi-cultural menu.
