Established in 1997, the Animation and Comics Association, University of Hong Kong, is dedicated to the promotion of Japanese animation and its adjacent culture in the campus. First started in 2010, ShimotsukiCon is a cultural festival organised by the Association as a hub for our members and the public to celebrate the doujin culture of animation, comics and games! We offer a diverse platform for the artists of Hong Kong to share and participate in a longstanding culture rooted in the shared love of Japanese animation!
