Discover the Charm of Yamaguchi Prefecture!
Did you know that Hong Kong travelers spend the least number of nights in Yamaguchi Prefecture compared to all other prefectures in Japan? This March, we hosted the first-ever Japanese Sake Marathon in Hagi City, Yamaguchi. Now, we invite you to experience the allure of Hagi, featuring local delicacies and sake at our upcoming event!
    Event Highlights
    • Taste Hagi Cuisine: Sample delicious dishes such as Warabi Soba, Summer Orange Marmalade Fried Chicken, and Burdock Tempura Udon.
    • Sake Tasting from GI Hagi Breweries: Enjoy a unique opportunity to taste sake from all six breweries of the "GI Hagi" regional brand, the first of its kind in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions. It is your opportunity to meet the owner and brewer of one of the sake breweries, who will be joining us as a special guest to introduce his exceptional sake (Schedule to be confirmed).
    • Exhibition and Sale of Hagi Pottery: Discover the remarkable 400-year tradition of Hagi pottery
    • Tourism Information on Hagi City: Gain insights from a travel magazine author who previously lived in Western Japan.
Additionally, from now until December 15 (including holidays), the Izakaya Japanese Restaurant 90 Banchi will offer a special "Hagi Festival Menu" and "GI Hagi Sake," along with the sale of Hagi pottery.

Join us to explore the delightful flavors and rich culture of Hagi City!
