Sichuan Lab part of Nina Hospitality and Flavour of Life will be partnering to bring Sichuan’s famous ‘seven tastes’ and a boutique portfolio of regional sakes for a mouthwatering night conveniently located in one of Hong Kong Islands busiest district, Wan Chai.
The journey of discovery will be brought to life by Will Jarvis who is a certified Sake Sommelier, Sake Competition Judge and food and beverage advisor spanning projects in Asia, Middle East and Europe. He is a dedicated writer and educator for Sake Brewers Association of North America promoting sake internationally.
This event will be hosted bilingually (English and Cantonese) and is bound to be informative just as delicious to highlight an eccentric pairing.
