Arbor is a Michelin two-star restaurant located in Central. Chef Eric, from Nordic Finland, uses seasonal Japanese ingredients to create innovative Japanese-French cuisine, while incorporating Nordic flavors.
This event is a collaboration with Aomori crafts and the French restaurant “Kashu” located in Aomori City. They co-create and offer the limited-time dishes featuring ingredients from Aomori Prefecture. At the same time using wooden tableware made from Tsugaru glass and apple wood, customers can experience the diverse charms of Aomori!
Mr. Hanada, the chef of “Kashu” will come to Hong Kong for offering the special menus during Nov 19~20, while Arbor will continue providing limited-time dishes with Aomori ingredients starting from Nov 22, which will last for around three to four weeks.
