The University of Hong Kong, School of Professional and Continuing Education (HKUSPACE) and the Society of Japanese Language Education Hong Kong (SOJLEHK) jointly organize the 13th International Symposium on Japanese Language Education and Japanese Studies on 18-19 November 2023. The theme is “Embracing Diversities, Igniting Potentials”.
The keynote speakers are internationally renowned Japanese scholars, Prof. Fumiya Hirataka (Specially Appointed Professor, Faculty of Letters, Aichi University; Professor Emeritus, Keio University), Prof. Masahiro Yamada (Professor, Faculty of Letters, Chuo University), and Dr. Edwin Michielsen (Assistant Professor, School of Modern Languages and Cultures, The University of Hong Kong).
