In light of movement restrictions caused by the COVID-19, SMBC has been holding regular online seminars on current topics as a means of communicating with our customers. 24 seminars have been held since August 2020, and a total of more than 1,500 customers have participated so far. By sharing information from the standpoint of a bank, we hope to encourage customers to take a stronger interest in Hong Kong and, in turn, to show their appreciation for Hong Kong. The themes for October will be "Outlook for the East Asian Electrical and Electronic Components Industry".
