With the hugo demand of Japan food, the export value of Japan sake is increasing every year. However, Japan distilled liquor ‘Shochu and Awamori’ which has a long history but are still not so familiar in Hong Kong. It is necessary to create opportunities for Hong Kong people to taste.
In order to let Hong Kong people know about the charm of ‘Shochu and Awamori’, 4 production prefectures which are Kumamoto Prefecture, Miyazaki Prefecture, Kagoshima Prefecture and Okinawa Prefecture, will joint together to use Shochu and Awamori in addition with food ingredients from the prefectures to hold a pairing event. Venue is at ‘The Hari Hong Kong (ZOKU) ‘ and will last for about a month.
