Our aim is to engage our guests with a mind-blowing experience marrying authentic Japanese sake with sophisticated German cuisine and break down the traditional pairings commonly associated with each.

Sakes specially selected from Yamaguchi prefecture will be tailored with dishes helmed by Chef Peter Find and his crew. The night will have Ms Ikeda Naoko – Sake Specialist provide insight and depth to the region and how sake can be an attractive option for international cuisine.
