With the Sea of Japan at the north and the rolling hills at the south, Shimane is rich in natural resources, offering a wide range of culinary delights. Recently, they have reached Hong Kong at the “Shimane Food Festival”. From Nov 18 to Dec 4, the festival will be held at DON DON DONKI (Tsuen Wan West branch and Tuen Mun branch). Over 170 types of products are available including clams from Lake Shinji, Izumo Soba, different kinds of popular Japanese Tea, Miso, and local Sake. Some of them are even first launched in Hong Kong, such as treasurable harvest from the Sea of Japan and mountains. Let’s enjoy it!
