This November, the first Freespace Jazz Fest, a new annual event, brings together a stellar line-up of local and international artists –including Robert Glasper Trio, GoGo Penguin, House of Waters, Noa Drezner Flamenco Quartet and more – for a full weekend of indoor and outdoor performances in Freespace (ticketed), the Art Park and Lau Bak Livehouse.
The weekend also offers parent and child activities at Jazz for Kids, film screenings and meet the artists sessions, and jazz workshops and jam sessions for professional musicians.
Come and enjoy jazz-infused dance performances by our programme partner Hong Kong Ballet, which includes the popular The Great Gatsby, set to a fantastic jazz score, and a series of exciting site-specific works along the Waterfront Promenade.
Visit our market on the Great Lawn, and recharge at Lau Bak Livehouse bar and kitchen and our Art Park harbour-side restaurants.
Tickets for the performances in The Box are now on sale. Jazz for Kids are also ticketed, details to be announced.
