Founded by Chika Wakayagi, Wakayagi Ryu Konokai is the only one dance institute of Nihon Buyo in Hong Kong with a number of 60 members. In the past 10 years, Konokai has been contributing to various cultural exchange activities in Hong Kong. In this year’s annual performance, 36 students will perform 20 pieces. We hope all will appreciate and enjoy the beauty of Japanese traditional culture through Nihon Buyo.
